The secret of a good gravy lies in the flavour, which means that a good gravy starts with good meat.  Follow these simple instructions to make the perfect gravy in no time at all.

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Save all the bits and pieces of meat and juices from the pan in which the meat was cooked.
  2. Mix in 2 tablespoons of Flavour-RITE gravy powder and stir until smooth.  Add a little water if necessary.
  3. Bring to the boil and turn the heat down.  Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Check the consistency and add more Flavour-RITE Gravy Powder if a thicker gravy is required, or water for a more delicate gravy – and stir.
  5. Serve hot.
