Flavour-RITE Chicken Coating

Flavour-RITEPack Size:  3.3kg

Preparation Instructions:
Make egg wash by whisking egg with a dash of milk.  Dip the chicken into the egg mix and coat with the Flavour-RITE Chicken Coating.  Make sure the chicken is completely coated.  Deep fry at 140°C until gold brown.

Ingredients:
Flour (Wheat Gluten), Salt, Maize Flour, Raising Agent, Colourants, Tartrazine

Storage Conditions:
Store in cool dry conditions (below 24°C).  Avoid contact with direct sunlight or excessive heat.
